Have you seen Arnold Schwazaaerzdger lately?
Yeah he’s the governator of California and all, but wow, I guess even the terminator can’t beat the crude thing called time. So, he obviously stopped working out like the Mr. Olympia as he once was. But now we have to ask the question. WHERE DID ALL THAT MUSCLE GO? did it turn into his flabby belly?

axe-towel-02Alright~ there are good deals on fitness clubs nowadays. With the heavy duty recession burning a nice hole into our pockets these days it’s pretty easy to go and buy tacos for a buck a piece on tuesdays or splurge pocket changes on macdee’s dollar menus. Oh yea, and for those of you that still roll pretty high, there’s a lot of great deal on healthclub membership too. (I saw a $300.00 for two year deal with no contract at this fitness club the other day)..

But really, who has the money these days? If I had that money I’d rather fix that nasty ding on the side of my car..
So for all you poor brethren, I’ve compiled some easy one towel workouts you can do at home. Try it.(Images courtesy of Live Beautifully)

The researchers compared the brain size of the basketball players that have been playing sports ever since they were young and that of average college students using MRI. They discovered that cerebellum of the athelete’s brain were 14% larger than those of average student’s. This area of the brain is responsible for fine motor control of hands and eyes, but this was the first research that described of such phenomena.
