MC SquareMC Square is a product that claims to boost your brain power by using specific patterns of light and sound. So being a gadget nut, I went ahead and bought it. The product is from Korea and it has sold over 1,200,000 units in the course of 16 year period. Some claim that these are very effective and some claim that they don’t work as well as they should. But the overall consensus is that they work as much as the user applies him/herself.

Men’s essential grooming

So, you are a man. I don’t have the official statistics on how much time men spend on grooming, but I myself don’t spend too much time. Probably around 20 minutes. In that time, I would have showered, brushed my teeth, waxed my hair, put on cologne, and shaved, and I would assume that other men also don’t spend much time in grooming either. And although in my medicine cabinet I have a lot of stuff, I would like to mention just a few essential products to have.

Mood light?

With the changing season, it’s not too hard to feel crummy once in a while.
Continuing raining season doesn’t help either, and it comes no surprise to me that around this time is when the new cases of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)  tend to sore. But what can you do about the weather? It’s not like you can make the rain stop, or move the clouds? But we do live in 21st century, don’t we?
For few years now, there has been a common therapy called “light therapy”. Now, this therapy is what it sounds like. You shine light on depressed people to make them feel better. Sounds too far fetched you say? But it does work, and not just for SAD either. It works for just plain old depression, delayed sleep phase syndrome (DSPS), neonatal jaundice, and even curing jet lag..
